I've always wanted smoked salmon on my menu so this is a perfect way to feature it. Fresh, vibrant and still filling. We will also have a Sweet toast board and a toast and cheese board as well. Something for everyone!

130 sandwiches....yes, you read that right ONE HUNDRED THIRTY assorted sandwiches 🤯, went out the door this am to Briggs & Stratton for a luncheon along with the same amount of cookies.
This was our single largest sandwich platter order to date in our five years here. So proud of our entire team for executing this order this am AND still seamlessly running the shop. Enjoy your lunch Briggs and thank you so much for supporting our small business.

FIVE pounds of Sweet Life cheesecake deliciousness....and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as well This 9 inch cake the case now till sold out.

Just a few of the many comments heard over the years and take great pride in the technique used, the ingredients used, and TIME it takes to bake it and let it rest before sharing with you. 24 hours from start to finish. This cake is baked in a water bath for over an hour and rested till the next day before slicing. 🤌

CHEF TIP: if making your own at home mix room temp cream cheese low and slow. Never whip on high speed, it will add too much air to your batter before baking. 😉
