After years of serving our wonderful community, I have decided to hang up my apron and begin my well-deserved retirement. It has been a pleasure to share so many meals and memories with you all at Grandpa’s Love Shack and Grandpa’s Country Catering.

I'm happy to share that the restaurant and catering company will continue under the new ownership of Bill and Shannon Lumadue, a talented team who shares my passion for quality food at a fair price. They are excited to build on our legacy and bring their own vision to this special place.

Grandpa’s Love Shack will serve its final meal on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 8:00 pm.

Grandpa’s Country Catering will continue doing business just like we always have. If you have an event booked with us, we will honor any commitments and pricing.

Look for an announcement from Lamadue’s Restaurant and Catering opening soon.

Thank you Perry County for the love you have shown us!
