Locally owned in Sherman NY, Red's Best Pancake House has been creating memories in house for over 20 years and maple syrup for over 40! People have traveled from all over the world to come enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, fun and sweet staff, and of course, our delicious maple syrup made on site every Spring. We are open two different times during the year if you and your family would like to come out and experience what we have to offer. During our Spring Season, the staff is bustling around greeting our customers with a friendly smile while the pure maple syrup is being made in the sugar house. We are open during this time from Mid-February to Mid April on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 am until 2 pm. We are open on both Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 am until 12:30 pm during the month of October. During this time, the leaves in our area are starting to change colors and the temperatures are cooling down, making it one of the best times to go for a car ride to check out everything that makes fall so beautiful then stop in to Red's Best for a piping hot meal. For customers with a gluten sensitivity, we now offer a gluten free pancake option, or you can continue to bring in your premade batter that we can cook up on our grills for you to enjoy with your family!
