Blu Jam Cafe Uncompromising when it comes to creativity and quality, Blu Jam Cafe celebrates breakfast as the most important meal of the day.

We now serve the greater LA region with seven locations. Opened in 2006 by Owner/Chef/Sommelier Kamil Majer and business partner David Fris, Blu Jam Cafe has garnered an impressive following, becoming one of the best brunch spots in Los Angeles with waits that have been known to border on the two hour mark. Breakfast at Blu Jam Café is a high-flying affair, with a dizzying array of both global and home-style favorites. The Crunchy French Toast, served with fresh fruit and a vanilla-bean dipping sauce, tops the list of iconic Blu Jam dishes as a notorious crowd pleaser, while the classic Mazatlan Shrimp Scramble, made with eggs scrambled with fresh sautéed shrimp, onions, roasted red bell peppers, fresh jalapenos, cilantro, and mozzarella, topped with sour cream and fresh chives, never fails to hit the spot. Blu Jam Café also serves up a great variety of vegan and vegetarian options. For those feeling particularly nostalgic, no visit is complete without the house-
made Fresh Blueberry Pancakes. Blu Jam Café also offers a larger variety of options for those looking beyond breakfast. Interesting dishes include the Chicken Schnitzel, a breast of chicken pan-fried and served with potatoes, green beans, and lemon; organic salads such as the Beets and Greens with organic wild arugula, fresh beets, chevre goat cheese, black currants, candied walnuts and citrus herb vinaigrette, and of course the always delectable Burrata & Strawberries. Blu Jam Café supports the California economy by sourcing the majority of its food and beverages from local producers, farmers, and distributors.

Perfectly poached eggs, bacon and ham cured locally with sugar, salt and celery seeds.

I am at Melrose location today so come by to say hello and I will buy you Sangria…
The secret word is “Czech Chef”
Sangria and brunch go
well together and we have AC working hard so come on down and cool off with us.

This is how we do it the old fashioned way. No poaching machines at any Blu Jam Cafes.
Poached eggs and brunch go together.

It’s a “dirty job” but somebody has to do it. 😅😅
Going around Blu Jam Cafe locations and tasting brunch entrees is a must since we make all dressings, Hollandaise, jams, salsa, sauces aiolis and more in each location.
I was very happy with our top savory brunch seller, Blu Jam Benedict…
I don’t mind but my waist line does!!:):)

This entree is packed with protein and it’s super low carb.
POWER HOUSE has eggwhites, grilled chicken breast, baby spinach, tomatoes and fresh basil…perfect for people who work out and are on low carb diet, 💪 and it is still tasty.
It is a nice brunch alternative.
No freezers, no fryers and no microwaves, this is the Blu Jam Way!

One of our top sellers. Blu Jam Benedict…we use bacon and ham both cured with celery seeds, salt and brown sugar.
Brunch is nothing without Eggs Benedict.
Our Hollandaise is made with pasteurized egg yolks, fresh squeezed lemon juice, clarified butter, pinch of salt and dash of cayenne pepper.
No fryers, no microwaves and no freezers in any of our locations!
