A Bittersweet Farewell to Chef Zoilan Ruiz

After two unforgettable years, we will soon be saying goodbye to Chef Zoilan “Zoi” Ruiz. As his original two-year commitment comes to an end, Chef Zoi will return home to California to be with his family. We will miss him greatly, but we are grateful for the extraordinary creativity, artistry, and passion he has brought to Le Rêve.

Please join us on Tuesday, August 4th, for Chef Zoi’s Farewell Tasting Dinner, a special six-course evening celebrating his time at Le Rêve.

Doors open at 5:30 PM, and Chef Zoi will meet and greet guests between 5:30–6:00 PM.

Chef Zoi’s final evening of regular service will be Saturday, August 8th. As Le Rêve begins its next chapter, Chef Jeff Armstrong will step into the role of Executive Chef and build upon the culinary foundation Chef Zoi established.
