Applicants must be 21+ and available evenings and weekends.

Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we're also interested in hardworking individuals who are eager to learn the craft. This position offers hands-on experience, training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within our bar program.

With over a decade behind the bar, McKenzie brings creativity and a passion for crafting cocktails to Le Rêve.

His cocktail, Elysium, was inspired by a “fruit to peel to leaf” concept, building citrus in layers and letting each element shine.

It’s made with Thai lime leaf–infused tequila, orange liqueur, lime, orange agave, and a touch of Thai lime salt. Bright, citrus-forward, aromatic, and perfectly balanced.

Even more special, Elysium came together around the time his daughter was born, and he named it in her honor. A way to capture that moment in his life.

When he’s not behind the bar, you’ll find McKenzie spending time with family, camping, or playing pool with friends.
