The Cowboy Creamery posse busted out our leader from the county hoosecow, while the Sheriff was on the campaign trail. We seen an opportunity to grease the palms of Territorial Judge Willis Van Devanter and took it. Now we're back to makin' our famous handcrafted waffle cones.

HOW IT'S MADE: PARIRIE PEACH. Howdy folks! Whippin' up a batch of our real peach ice cream and figured you'd like to see the process. This is what 28-pounds of peaches looks like when we slow cook it over 3-days. Yup! 3-days to make 1.5 gallons of real peach puree! Next time yer' eatin' the other guys ice cream, ask 'em if it's made fresh with real fruit or...if it's off an assembly line from another state, with fruit flavoring. Pete delivered our huckleberries and we're cookin' 'em down to serve tomorrow. New batch of cactus-n-huckleberry ice cream ready Saturday, Aug 15. Ya' just can't get the highest cream, handcrafted, fresh fruit ice cream anywhere else in Sheridan. Happy Trails!
