It may not have felt like the summer the past few nights but we're still pretending it's hot at Frackelton's!

Stop by for our brand new end of summer menu featuring this showstopping salad, Peach & Poppyseed Salad. Fresh arugula tossed in a poppyseed vinaigrette, with pickled peaches, red onion, goat cheese, toasted walnuts and beautiful watermelon radishes.

The peaches are from OLR Peaches and MORE Sheridan WY so you already know they're gonna be amazing.

Our new Pork Belly starts with slow roasted pork belly that’s finished until the outside is shatter crisp while the inside stays buttery tender. Served over a bright, crunchy house slaw and finished with our creamy lime aioli for just the right balance of richness and freshness.

It’s the kind of appetizer you’ll order for the table… and immediately wish you hadn’t shared.

Today’s feature is locally raised 4-H lamb meatballs served over a bed of fresh mixed greens and finished with a rich roasted fennel cream sauce. It’s a fresh take on comfort food that highlights incredible local ingredients and the hard work of our area’s next agricultural professionals.
