Did you know we’re proudly serving Western Heritage Meat Company pork chops? We did this special last night which was a Harissa seasoned grilled pork chop with a za’atar Romesco, charred zucchini and fingerlings.

Today we’re saying goodbye to a true Frackelton’s workhorse.

This old range has seen thousands of steaks seared, sauces simmered, soups stirred and countless dinner rushes. Through busy summers, holidays and more late nights than we’d like to admit, she showed up and got the job done.

It’s a little bittersweet watching her head out the door, but after many years of faithful service, she’s earned her retirement. 🫡

Thanks for the memories, old girl. You helped feed a whole lot of people over the years.

Now let’s make some new ones. 🍽️🔥

Well, our historic building has apparently decided it wasn't getting enough attention.

What was supposed to be some routine maintenance this morning has turned into our old building reminding us who's really in charge around here. After a few "planned but unexpected" surprises behind the scenes, we'll unfortunately be unable to open for lunch today while we get everything sorted out.

We'll be spending the afternoon negotiating with 100+ years of character and charm and fully expect to be ready for dinner service.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you've ever owned an old home, you already know exactly how this conversation is going.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and selflessness are the reason we’re able to enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted every day.

Skip the drive thru and sneak away for an actual lunch today at Frackelton’s. From our crispy chicken and waffles and OG burger to fresh salads, grain bowl, truffle fries, and house favorites, lunch is officially in full swing Thursday–Saturday.

Fast enough for a lunch break. Good enough to make you want a second cocktail and “accidentally” stay a little longer. 😏 We won't tell.

Last week’s Girl Dinner turnout was too good not to do it again… so we’re running it back this week ✨🍸

Great food, cocktails, desserts, and a table full of excuses to order “a little bit of everything.” Thank you to everyone who came out and made last week such a fun night at Frackelton’s.
