Monon CT&I is excited to share 2 of our featured partnerships! When we say local, we mean local because both of these Roasters are located right here in Hamilton county! Dark Side (Cicero) and Indie coffee roasters (Carmel) provide coffee houses across the country with their specialty artisan beans. The coffee we will be serving will have been roasted only days before. Your large batch store coffee travels through many distribution points and is typically bought by the consumer 6 to 12 months after roasting. (More on this later. We are bringing the best and freshest coffee to Sheridan, and to your door.
