Wanted to share some exciting news regarding Smokehouse Heroes. We have officially expanded our equipment lineup to better serve our operations and enhance our smoking capacity. Just recently purchased a Yoder Cimarron Competition series smoker, which will be joining the Yoder 1500 we already have in service.

Looking forward to getting it fired up and put to use soon. Watch out we will be coming in HOT!!
