If you're feeling adventurous during National Vegetarian month, try building your own deconstructed West African-inspired stew when you see sweet potatoes on the menu. Just add some peanut butter and tomatoes, along with salt, pepper, and hot sauce.

One of the best parts of dining in the Ram's Den is getting creative! Mix and match ingredients from different stations to discover new flavor combinations and customize your meal exactly how you like it.
