We’re Jose’s Pig Gig — Dominican-style open-pit barbecue, cooked the way we cook at home. No shortcuts on taste, flavor, or quantity. What lands on your table is what we’d put on our own.
We’ve fed up to 4,000 people at once, including the LPGA Tour for Meijer, and catered hundreds of weddings. Full staff, full service — setup, service, and cleanup — from smoked meats to appetizers and sides.
And the food never runs out. We plan a third of a pound of meat per person, plus extra sides on us. We’d rather have everyone leave full than cut corners to save a few dollars.
