Our recipes come from my father-in-law and his family who originate from a small town called Cotija in Michoacán, Mexico. Soon after immigrating to the U.S., the hard work, dedication and perseverance led the family to owning numerous restaurants throughout Southern California. I am a proud born and raised Texas veteran happy to be back home and excited to share my family’s art of cooking Mexican
