The KCBS judges in Wise Virginia at least liked our ribs! 10th Place in Ribs for us and then it was all downhill from there! But the Wise PD were a great bunch of guys, and they enjoyed our BBQ!! Another fun weekend... but our last weekend competing for a while!

We had another fun day on the farm. Thanks to everyone who ordered ahead and helped us fill our smokers! Thanks also to Tripp Kingree who has been helping since early this morning. We smoked the chicken Lincoln County style for the first time, and we thought it was fabulous! Our friend Ronnie Ribeye - American Griller gave us the idea, and will be coming out with a video of the recipe soon. We'll share it here!
