I got a case of burratta in yesterday. I debated on how to present it. First thought was Granny Smith apples with a honey cinnamon glaze. What I ended up with was roasted cherry tomatoes with my sweet balsamic glaze with a little baby arugula. Second picture shows a crostini assembled.

With the high price of gasoline and climbing insurance cost I’ve made the decision to suspend delivery. We will operate as a dine in or carry out establishment. We are still partnered with DoorDash if you must have delivery.

I had Hanna try my new garlic sticks. I knew I was on to something as her eyes glazed over with the first bite. She said these have to go on the menu after they are coated with butter and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

This is our new Italian beef sandwich. If there be any interest I will run it as a lunch special tomorrow with a bag of chips for 7.99. The shaved beef is slow cooked with peperoncini and Italian spices before getting place on a 6 inch sub bun. It is topped with a mild giardiniera and mozzarella cheese.

Spent yesterday working on new items to add to the menu. What we have come up with is our dipper pizza. It is made with pull a part bread that you dip into a variety of dips in the center of braided bread.
