Happy Hour just got even better! 🍸

What better way to kick off the week than with a NEW & IMPROVED Happy Hour!? We’ve refreshed our lineup and expanded our hours. Happy Hour is now available on Saturday’s too!

Chef added a couple of seriously delicious new favorites:

The Sammy
Shaved Ribeye, diced red and Hungarian peppers, onions and mushrooms, whipped cream cheese, melted fontina, hoagie bun, onion au jus for dipping

Shelby Sliders
Two angus beef sliders, caramelized onions, cheddar, brioche bun. Garlic aioli, pickles, shredded lettuce served on the side.

And by popular demand, we’ve also added our famous Truffle Fries and Quattro Formaggio Garlic Cheese Bread!

Honey Harvest Salad
Mixed greens with heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, fresh figs, and nectarines, topped with shaved ricotta salata and honey oat crumble, tossed in a light honey vinaigrette.

Pasta alla Norma
Penne pasta tossed in a simple San Marzano tomato sauce with roasted Japanese eggplant, hand-torn basil, and shaved ricotta salata.

Veal Francese
Tender veal cutlets coated in a Pecorino Romano egg batter, lightly sautéed and finished with a bright lemon white wine butter sauce and capers. Served with roasted potatoes and garlic spinach.

Pollo Gorgonzola
Tender chicken breasts sautéed with wild mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes, simmered in a creamy, brandy-infused Gorgonzola sauce, and finished with fresh chives and crispy shallots.

Blood Orange Phyllo Torte
Layers of flaky phyllo pastry folded around sweetened blood orange slices, baked to perfection, and finished with vibrant citrus Greek yogurt.

Fig After Dark
Kahlua, Pama, tequila, house made berry simple, fig jam, fresh brewed Lavazza espresso

Pizza Fiorentina
Garlic parmesan cream sauce, grilled chicken, roasted mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella, and Grana Padano.

Cavatappi Campagnolo
Cavatappi pasta tossed with house sausage, sweet peas, creamy vodka sauce finished with Grana Padano and hand torn basil.

Grilled Bronzino
Mediterranean-style whole Bronzino filet, marinated and char-grilled, accompanied by toasted pearl couscous, baby spinach sautéed with garlic, and sweet drop peppers.

Veal Milanese
Thin veal cutlet coated in seasoned panko and lemon zest, then fried until crispy and golden. Topped with arugula, sweet peppers, cucumber, and pickled red onion in a balsamic vinaigrette. Finished with shaved Pecorino Romano and grilled lemon.

The Strawberry Blonde
A chocolate chip blonde brownie topped with vanilla cream cheese icing, served over house-made strawberry reduction, finished with fresh strawberries.

This weekend, Chef is excited to highlight our fresh summer menu. Due to popular demand, many of your favorite dishes have landed a permanent spot on the menu. From refreshing salads and handcrafted pizzas to fresh seafood, hearty pastas, and everyone's FAVORITE chocolate cake, these guest favorites are here to stay!

Summer Salad

Watermelon Salad
