One very special little cowboy is on the way! 🤎💙

This baby shower cake was made for my son and the mama-to-be as they get ready to welcome their sweet little boy. And getting to make the cake for my own grandbaby’s shower made this one a little more special than usual. 🥰

A rustic little cowboy theme with shades of dusty blue, chocolate brown, cream and a touch of bronze. I loved getting to bring all those details together, from the little cowboy sign and “K” buckle to the saddle blanket and rope accents.

Summer is the perfect time for fresh, fruity flavors! These seasonal flavors are available for all custom cakes ordered through the end of August.

🍋 Lemon Blueberry
A bright lemon cake bursting with juicy blueberries and finished with smooth lemon cream cheese frosting.

🍑 Peaches & Cream
Vanilla bean cake layered with roasted peach filling and sweet cream.

🍹 Piña Colada
Coconut cake filled with tangy pineapple curd and frosted with coconut buttercream.

These flavors are only available through the end of August, so if you have a summer birthday, barbecue, or other celebration coming up, now is the perfect time to order.

This cake was extra special. 💜

My niece had planned to decorate her own 18th birthday cake (she's a talented cake decorator herself!), but she got sick just before her graduation open house and birthday celebration.

She had already baked the cake and had the design planned out, so I was honored to step in and bring her vision to life. The black, white, and purple design—and even the purple filling inside—celebrated both her style and her school colors.

Happy 18th Birthday Chellara, and congratulations on your graduation! I'm so proud of you, and I'm glad I could help make your day a little less stressful. 🖤🎓💜

My brain at random times of the day:
“Okay, this would make SUCH a cute summer cake…it would be easy in buttercream, and I could do just the accents in fondant, but the whole thing might look better in fondant, especially because painting the words on would be easier, then I could probably pull off the wood look too.…”

Meanwhile I’m supposed to be doing literally anything else. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I loved adding all the little turtle details and bringing the theme together with the sewer-style top. Definitely a perfect cake for a Ninja Turtles fan 🎉
