This past Saturday our long standing employee, friend and team member, Cassandra and her family lost everything they owned in a fire that took their home that they rented. We hope that if everyone can help a little, it will help them tremendously in getting them back on their feet. It takes a village 💕

The time has come for me to move on from Hearty Eats. Running a restaurant from afar has had its many challenges, and now as a mother of two children it’s time for me to focus on them.

Please share this news as I truly do hope someone can come along that can serve our community well.

We plan to stay open until the part of this journey presents itself. We’ll keep you posted as the story unfolds.

We feel honored and delighted to have the beautiful, bright and vibrant artwork of Kate Marion Lapierre on our walls, starting today! 🌺

I actually got a little choked up this morning as I was taking some time to gaze upon her piece titled “The Hills Are Alive…” Overcome by the feeling of positivity and wonder and awe this piece evokes in me. 😌

I hope you will come experience it for yourself, and maybe have some lunch while you’re at it. 💚

We will be closing at 2pm today (Wed 6/7) due to an unexpected staffing shortage due to illness. We plan to re-open Thur at 11am.
