Today’s reopening meant more to us than words can say. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to support us after everything we’ve been through.

We also want to sincerely apologize to those who had to wait longer than expected, and especially to anyone who was unable to stay and had to leave. That was never our intention.

The overwhelming support from our loyal customers truly touched our hearts. We are learning, adjusting, and working hard to improve our service as we move forward.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We are so grateful for this amazing community and look forward to serving you again very soon.

🔥 We’re Back, Sheffield! 🔥

After the fire, it was a difficult time for our family and our restaurant.
But because of your support, prayers, and encouragement — we are coming back stronger.

Dear Valued Customers,

Early this morning, Ichiban suffered a devastating fire. Unfortunately, the entire restaurant was destroyed, and we are unable to continue operations at this time.

We are truly touched by all the messages and phone calls we received today. Your care and support mean the world to us, and we cannot thank you enough.

Most importantly, all of our staff are safe, and no one was injured — and for that, we are extremely grateful.

While Ichiban cannot reopen right now, we will be taking time to assess our next steps and explore the possibility of rebuilding.
We kindly ask for your patience during this difficult time. We will keep everyone updated as we move forward.

A big thank you to our friends in the Shoals area. Please feel free to drop by and see us today. We are offering free food to utility department personnel and ambulance drivers, as well as a 30% discount to hospital employees who wear their work attire or identification badges.
