Today will be the first one and it's Pork Sandwich day!

You'll get our pulled pork sandwich on a martins potato bun, a bag of chips, a second side, drink, and toppings/sauce for 11.99!

I know people love dino ribs but the prices on those are high right now with current beef prices. They will stay on our Saturday menu but we will also be bringing other options like beef back ribs and chuck ribs that we can sell for lower! Watch out for those specials this weekend!

Hey all, we cooked extra and still went through it all already. We're going to have to close early.

We appreciate everyone that came to spend their weekend with us and happy father's day again to all the dads out there.

Happy father's day! Open today 10:30-2:00! Today might be a busy one and we did cook extra but if you'd like to reserve anything give us a call after 10!

Planning ahead for father's day? I did hold back 3 racks of beef ribs and about 6-7 bacon ribs that will be ready tomorrow morning! We'll be open for normal hours!

Saturday 6/20 3:30 Update

We still have a couple lbs of chopped brisket, 1 beef rib, pulled pork, turkey, 1 chicken half, and bologna burnt ends plus all sides. Here until 7! Has been a busy day so will update if we sell out early.

What is a bacon rib? A cut that has taken us a long time to source!

A bacon rib is a full spare rib with the pork belly still attached. Since pork belly is the cut used to make bacon, you get that rich bacon flavor along with the smoky, tender bite of a spare rib.

This picture shows them after we separate them into individual bones, right before they get covered in rub and go back on the smoker.

They’re sold by weight, with most averaging around a pound of meat each. They’re big enough to share, or to knock one out by yourself if you’re really hungry.

Average price is around $25 each, with some a little less or more depending on size. Just let us know if you want a bigger one or a smaller one!
