KJH Enterprises

KJH Enterprises KJH Enterprises was founded in 2000 with the opening of Ken and Jill Horkan’s first restaurant, Culver’s of Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

We currently operate five Culver’s restaurants across Wisconsin with our dedicated operating partners.

💙 Another Culture Workshop in the books! 💙

We had a great time welcoming another group of leaders for a day of learning, conversation, and connection!

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, participated, and brought great energy to the day. It’s always rewarding to bring leaders from across our restaurants together to talk about who we are, what we value, and the role each of us plays in building a strong culture.

We’re proud to keep investing in our people and creating opportunities for our leaders to learn and grow.

Great culture starts with great people and we’re grateful for ours! 💙

Now that’s what we call horsepower! 🐴💙 Nothing beats a Culver’s stop after a good ride. Thanks for trotting by! 💙

💙 Throwback Thursday: Where It All Began! 💙

In 2000, Ken and Jill Horkan opened their first Culver’s restaurant in Sheboygan. What started as a family dream has grown into five restaurants across Wisconsin and more than 25 years of serving our guests, developing our team members, and giving back to our communities.

A lot has changed over the years, but our commitment to people, hospitality, and community remains at the heart of KJH Enterprises.

We’re proud of where we started and excited for what’s still ahead! 💙

We were happy to help make this sweet community event even sweeter! 🍦💙

Thank you to Officer Alison Meyer, the local officers, and Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline for giving these kids such a fun afternoon at “Kicking It with the Cops.” We loved treating everyone to Culver’s custard afterward!

🌟 Growing Great Leaders at KJH Enterprises! 🌟

One of the things we value at KJH Enterprises is giving our team members opportunities to learn, grow, and build their future. 💙

At Culver’s, the career path doesn’t have to stop at Team Member. Someone can begin by learning the fundamentals of hospitality and restaurant operations, develop into a trainer, move into management, lead an entire restaurant, and potentially pursue restaurant ownership.

That’s why we love having the opportunity to send our leaders to the Culver’s Support Center to learn from some of the best! These experiences give our team members the chance to strengthen their leadership skills, gain new knowledge, and bring what they’ve learned back to their restaurants and teams.
