Today Monday March 3rd marks the final day of Greece e Spoon and the gyro trucks.

I close this chapter without ceremony—just the quiet certainty that it’s time to move forward after 13 years, by choice. I’ve simply decided to take a different path, one that allows me to focus on what matters most—my twin sons, Leonidas and Andreas, who turn 11 in a week, and the future I want to build for them.
