Oooooh Seeboth friends! Mi Fortuna is open at the old deli location and it is OUTSTANDING!!! All your El Camino favorites with some fantastic new dishes. (Im 👀 at you Pollo Al Jengibre) The food is fresh and delicious and the service is second to none. They are serving breakfast and lunch too! You have to check them out! You won’t recognize the dining room - it is beautiful❤️❤️

Saturday is our last day open! This has been a whirlwind of a month. Thank you to everyone that has reached out with well wishes. We continue to be completely blown away by your kind words and stories about how Seeboth Deli has been a part of your lives. We hope you can come see us today for a final farewell!

It is with absolute gratitude for our customers and staff that we announce will be closing Seeboth Deli effective September 14th. It has been an absolute pleasure serving each and every one of you. We have celebrated with you, we have mourned with you, hosted your business lunches and everything in between. Heck – we even weathered a “once in a lifetime” global pandemic together. For nearly 8 years you have allowed us to be a part of your lives and - for that - we will be eternally grateful.

To our staff, both present and past…it has been an absolute honor. We have been blessed to work with some of the finest individuals in the business. You will always be part of our hearts and our family. Thank you.

As Chef Jim looks forward to his retirement, Gwen looks forward to him catching up on all the neglected projects around the house. Maybe when he’s caught up, and after a REALLY long nap, you’ll see us around again. We are all taking bets on how long Chef Jim will be able to sit still…
