Often I recommend bumping up my light roasts to 21-22g for a 12oz pour-over to increase the flavor.

Some work, some play, had a great Friday! 3.3 miles out and back on the Walla-Hi Segment. 3.3? Yeah, I took the white blaze short cut on the way back-never fear purists I didn't count that milage. Highly recommend this section. A nice change of pace-roots, rocks, big climbs, twists turns, huge kames, all those fun things that make a trail interesting.
