3lb bone in American Waygu Ribeyes (yes it’s plenty big to be shareable) but no, we can’t cook one side rare and the other side medium etc.

Hand cut in house, seasoned and seared, finished over Kingsford charcoal. Choice of 2 sides.

These steaks are about 3”s thick and therefore not good for medium well to well done temps.
