We're working hard chasing our dreams becoming the best BBQ we can be. Everything that we do is to further into our identity whether it be through our menu items, our atmosphere, our advertising, our food presentation(which we recently upgraded and it looks fantastic 🤩), and who we support and how we support them. The main goal is to be ourselves but never stop finding out how to be the best version of ourselves. Thank you for sticking along side us through the ups and downs of this year, we couldn't have done it without you! There's more to come and we are excited to share it with you when we get there!

We had an amazingly busy day today selling 175 Slabs of ribs and crossing a huge milestone for 2026 hitting that mark! There is one thing we need to say, sometimes doing the right thing and being nice doesn't always workout and that's okay. We had an older gentleman paying cash have a total that had two cents in change and we said we'd cover it thinking it would make life easier for him and be the nice thing to do. It somehow turned into him being very mad at us ranting about how he would never come back because we were so disrespectful and him trash talking about us to other customers in the restaurant. The way people react doesn't always make sense but it won't stop us from doing the right thing. Thank you to everyone else for hanging out with us today giving us an awesome day of business!

Here's an educational post about our menu options! We have two types of burnt ends, one kind that is double smoked in sauce(beef or pork), smaller, leaner pieces of meat, called our Original Burnt Ends. The other type is called the Unoriginal Burnt Ends which are gonna be bigger, more fatty, and tender pieces of brisket point which we've had for a year now and have had rave reviews! Whichever way you choose will be yummy but just know we have burnt ends that fit everyone! 😆

You know it's a good thing when you are staying late after a busy day to finalize a couple more caterings! Life is good!
