Our MTMs play an important role in developing our teams and driving excellence in our restaurants. Bringing this group together gave us the chance to learn from one another, strengthen our approach, and head back to our markets ready to make an even bigger impact. Better together. The DRG Northern California team rolled up their sleeves to help build a brand-new playground for the kids at the Boys & Girls Club of Oakland’s Carr Clubhouse.
Now it’s officially open, and seeing the kids enjoy it made every bit of hard work worth it. We’re proud to support our communities, have fun together, and make a lasting impact. ❤️
