LISTEN!!!! I may be overly excited and late to the game 🤣 but this was my first time ever getting the pleasure of trying Cousins Maine Lobster - Harrisburg, PA food. It was purely coincidental and very much meant to be. It was DELICIOUS. Not greasy, it tastes so fresh, and these lobster tots were on point. I hope I run into you again one day 💛

We sold out of all bread loaves, cheesesteaks, and hot dogs today again. We were left with 3 cinnamon buns, so we decided to call it a day and leave an hour early. Thank you all for such an amazing week, the kind reviews, and the continuous support.

Okayyy, so here’s the inside of the weird, high-shaped loaf. It’s fine—just like the other one—but I loathe the shape. I’m done. I already have the return label. Sorry you guys have to go down this journey with me, but I am going to find that perfect glass loaf pan 😑

So the bread on the left is the cast iron loaf, and the bread on the right is the glass loaf. Same ingredients, same taste, same weight — but the glass loaf is narrower and taller. It’s driving me a little loopy 🤣 I might discontinue it, but any feedback from any of you who get one today would be greatly appreciated 💛

So, just a heads up for anyone who comes to the truck tomorrow, 6/20, to buy bread. I am currently switching loaf pans for the sake of my sanity. I use cast iron, which everyone knows needs to be seasoned, and now that I’m baking more and more, I need to do that more often, and if I get behind on it even just for a minute, I see little black spots on my bread and then I have to throw it out 😭 Anyways, I am switching to glass. They said they were the same size when I purchased them, but now I am not sure; also, the grams of the loaves did not change, but I’m thinking they might be higher. I don’t know. All I can do is try. So, please be patient and pray for my sanity 🤣🤣🤣
