The weak night. Inspired by the nights where I felt weak and I just needed something delicious and a little nastayyyy. These pierogi are stuffed with Maruchan ramen noodles with cream cheese, parmesan, and onion topped with chili crisp and some pretty things.
This is one of my all time favorite inventions. We have so many it's stupid. Come buy a dozen. Five orders. A catering order full of them. Whatever. Talk soon.

We purchased 20 pounds of local fava beans and had no idea how long it would take to not only take them out of the pods but then blanch them and take them out of the skins lol. So anyway. They're wonderful Lublin style pierogi with local fava beans and farmers cheese on special this week for as long as they last. Because we ain't getting more fava beans. Maybe ever? Or long enough for me to forget.
