Boon Choo was honored to host Charlie for lunch today!
Charlie is the previous owner of this location and a true legend in our town for over 25 years. He came in with his longtime waitress and dishwasher, and it meant so much to me to show him around the restaurant.

Listening to his stories and learning about the history of this place made me incredibly grateful. I feel so happy and honored to have him here today.

Thank you, Charlie — we will work hard to continue your legacy 🙏✨
