The restaurant is a result of the collaboration between Keith Pyle, a long-time Myrtle Beach chef, and Kevin Richard, a restaurateur responsible for nine successful ventures on the Grand Strand over the last 25 years, including Filet’s in North Myrtle Beach. When the picturesque location along the Shallotte River became available, The Grillin’ Crab as a reality began to take shape. With a perfect vantage point for every sunset over the marsh, the view from the building was an immediate priority in the redesign. The Grillin’ Crab offers a wide range of Southern Coastal Fare with recipes straight from the minds of the restaurant’s creators. A bevy of seafood options are available, without neglecting the people’s love for a delicious prime cut steak. An extensive appetizer menu keeps every palate wanting more, and the lunchtime crowd has plenty to chose from with our unique twists on traditional sandwiches.
