Hello guys. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience this past week. We opted for a new point of sale system and let's just say, it has failed us tremendously. Not only us, but ya'll as well. There's nothing more important to me than customer and employee satisfaction and I feel like we have failed at both, this week. I am going to do my very best to get things back to normal and to give you guys the experience that you deserve. I want our employees to be able to work without the stress of a new system that does not accommodate ANYONES needs (they deserve the proper system, in order to serve you properly) From the bottom of my heart and with literal tears in my eyes, I'm extremely sorry for the last few days but especially for today, Sunday (which was an absolute disaster)!! I plan to revisit the new system situation but will likely resort back to the old system, that has worked for us....more importantly YOU... for the last 4 years! Hold tight a few more days but KNOW.....YOUR experience is what matters to us and I (Leslie) will be working diligently, to get things back to a normal and stress free environment, for both YOU and our employees!! I love you guys. I appreciate you guys and I PROMISE to do my best, for you and our employees. PLEASE accept my apologies....❤️
