Our first In Session with Chef Michael Schwartz is officially in the books 🇱🇧 Lebanon through Michael’s POV, right at the Chef’s Table at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink. Chef Michael Schwartz cooked and hosted the evening from start to finish, with highlights including uni with saj + labne, scallop kibbeh nayeh style, charcoal-grilled squab with foie gras and rice-stuffed vine leaf, lamb with kofta + toum and warm date cake to finish. Each course was paired with wines selected by our Beverage Director + Sommelier Amanda Fraga Amanda Fraga. Such a special first night!!

Next up: INDIA 🇮🇳 on September 22. Full details coming by the end of this week. For now, reservations are live at the link in our bio.
