Lunar New Year’s Eve dinner! What a wonderful excuse to head out to for all the fixins to make lo mein, as well as some vegetable pancakes and mini dumplings. (We also threw in some Japanese rice snacks and Tteokbokki just because.) May the year of the snake bring you abundance, wisdom, and happiness. 🐍🐍

It’s turkey leftovers inspo time of year! Credit to for the inspiration but we went with our own recipe. Birria de Pavo - using leftover turkey to make a flavorful consommé paired with shredded dark turkey meat. Perfect as a warming Birria ramen or as a dipping sauce with quesadillas. In our case, we decided both was the way to go. 🦃🍜🌮

Is there such a thing as being TOO excited for Thanksgiving? No? We didn’t think so either. Tonight we put our homemade turkey stock to work, turning into a flavorful mustard and sage sauce. Then we topped that with a perfectly seared pork chop, edamame and corn succotash topped with fried sage leaves to garnish. Perfection! 👨🏼‍🍳💋
