Copeland's Cafe american if you notice,most of our reviews are really good. the number one complaint is the ticket time. I would like to explain.

We prepare almost all of our food from scratch. whether it be the tartar sauce, Mac and cheese, steamed broccoli or mashed potatoes. ( and that isn't near all) they're usually 2 or 3 in the kitchen and that's about all we have room for. we have one small flat top griddle, 2 fryers and a steam table. But I want you to think about something, if you went home and tried to prepare about 50 differen

t meals how long do you think it would take you? that's what we do here at Copelands, We make homemade food. if your patient and willing to wait ( not always a long time) I guarantee it'll BE WORTH THE WAIT/WEIGHT �
