We are unfortunately going to be closed for the rest of the day! We need to turn off our grill to do the thermostat replacement when it gets in. We should be up and running tomorrow again! 🙏🏻

💍 Happy 71st Wedding Anniversary, Mom & Dad!!! 💍

Liz and Kevin would like to share with their customers that their parents, Ed and Jan Larrison, are celebrating their 71st wedding anniversary!

They were wed on August 20th of 1955. They began their lives together after Ed, a Korean War veteran, finished college at Bellarmine College and Jan had completed nurses training at Katherine Spaulding College in Louisville, KY.

Our parents met in High School at the Jive Kennel (a school dance hall) in Columbus, IN. Ed graduated from Columbus High School and Jan graduated from North Vernon High School. Ed turned 94 on August 2nd and Jan will turn 92 on October 6th.

Ed Larrison owned Larrison’s Diner for 22 years and Jan remained an RN at Schneck Memorial Hospital for 3 decades and finished her career as a nurse working in a doctor’s office. Happy 71st Anniversary, folks!
