🎸📼 WELCOME TO THE LOLA’S HALL OF FAME, YA’ll📼🎸
We’ve been working on our new staff space, and obviously we couldn’t just… make it normal.
We had a pile of old cassette tapes that were completely ruined and unusable, so naturally we said:
✨ ART. ✨
We turned them into a giant LOLA’S on the wall, and now every crew member gets to claim a tape, sign their name, and write their favorite band/artist on it. 🤘
Because this place has never just been about food.
It’s loud.
It’s weird.
It’s chaotic.
There’s probably something hanging on a wall that makes absolutely no sense.
And every person who works here adds a little piece of themselves to what Lola’s becomes.
Someday this wall is going to be FULL of names — past employees, current employees, teenagers at their first job, kitchen badasses, servers who survived Saturday lunch rushes, and all the weirdos who helped build this place with us.
