Fourth of July weekend is here! If you’re making big weekend plans, don’t forget to include us. Swing by the brewery to pick up your favorite brews before your adventure, but please enjoy our beers responsibly by waiting to crack one open until you’re safely back on shore or done boating for the day. Drinking on the water can create a risky situation for everyone involved, so let’s look out for each other and save it for the shore!

The boys returned this weekend to put a smidge of the 2026 collab into some Chardonnay barrels for a little treat later this year. Aaaaannnnd we managed to save some before we drank it all and kegged a few off for you to taste now.

Kojira Imperial Rice Lager will be on tap today 5/12 and opening day with us 5/13.

A 10% ABV lager monster. A beast brewed with Koji rice and Sakura flower. Hints of sake, umami, cherry blossoms and fear.

Limited supply now with small barrel releases later throughout the year .

an Imperial Japanese Rice Lager with Koji Rice & Sakura. Look for some barrel aged releases later on in the season after you get your lips on this one.

Everyone is getting chores done & sending selfies choking down each others swill so that this weekend is clear for the best damn 2 days of the summer. The gals from come to Seward for this years annual collab. Even though it's not quite summer yet, we wanted to get this madness chewing away so you have a chance to get some before most. If you're in Seward, stop by & tell the crew how much you love & happy birthday! And for gods sakes get some of their brews over & will ya.
