With the return of the darkness comes a seasonal shift—fewer guests and fewer staff available to keep things running.

Because of this, we’ll be open Friday–Sunday this week and will use the weekend to evaluate whether we’ll stay open for one more weekend or officially call it a season for 2026.

Thank you for an incredible summer! ♥️ We’re so grateful for everyone who stopped by, supported us, and made this season so special. We’ll keep you posted on what’s next!

Announcing new hours and the official last day open for the season!
New hours: Wed-Sun 8a-1pm, starting on Sun 8/23/26!
Last day to get your crêpe fix: 9/27/26

We've updated quite a bit inside the restaurant, but did you know we've also been working on updates outside too? We have added some fun activities for families and friends. We've been trying to create a place you can relax and spend some time in or out of the sun. Bring a book, snag a hammock, take a cat nap, gaze at some majestic peaks, play HORSE, have a fire, challenge someone to Jenga, battle it out over Co****le. Our property gets sun from sunrise to sunset, but if you need a break we have a copse of spruce to snag some shade in 🩵

Is there anything more beautiful than a sunny day in Alaska? Especially after the rain 😍 Come share this view from our deck with someone. Have a crepe, have four! Write a postcard, WRITE A NOVEL! Refill your coffee ☕ multiple times because the conversation with your friend was just too good. And when you leave, you can look at your friend and say "we needed this", because you did 😘

Not only can you type out a letter on our typewriter, you can now send your mom a handwritten post card from Le Barn Appétit! We will even post it for you :) featuring photos from our favorite boat captain Andrew with Expeditions Northwest! Send a little piece of Alaska home 💙🩵🤍 if any local businesses want me to make some for them, let me know :))
