✨ Did I mention we are blessed with some of the best and most creative kitchen talent around? Because WOW… they outdid themselves this week. ✨

Starting this Thursday....

🥣 Burrata Gazpacho
Our team took summer flavors and turned them into pure silk. A cool, tomato‑herb gazpacho becomes the perfect cradle for a cloud‑soft burrata that melts the moment your spoon hits it. Slow‑roasted tomato confit adds a deep, sweet warmth, toasted crushed walnuts bring a gentle crunch, and the chili‑basil oil drizzled over top ties everything together with a bright, fragrant finish. Served with warm, crisp focaccia crostini that practically beg to be dragged through the bowl.

🔥 Coconut Chili Chicken
This one is comfort with a kick. Hot‑honey marinated chicken, grilled until caramelized and glossy, rests in a velvety coconut chili broth that’s equal parts soothing and spicy. Jasmine rice soaks up all that goodness, broccolini adds a fresh snap, and a squeeze of lime wakes the whole dish up. It’s the kind of bowl that makes you close your eyes on the first bite.
