You showed us your photos, we poured the sodas, and the dining room sounded like a family reunion all weekend. Some of you drove eight hours to get here. A few of you found us by accident and stayed for dinner.

The chrome heads home tomorrow, but the mountain's still here — and so are we.

Sunday mornings around here start easy. Ice up to the rim, a curl of orange peel on top, and the whole morning still ahead of you.

Three flavors on the board — blood orange, lavender, strawberry. Cold, bright, and just right for a seat on the porch while the valley warms up.

There is a game Saturday. Whatever happens in Knoxville, Sunday morning still happens here.

Here is how it works. Wear something with the team on it to Sunday brunch — a shirt, a hat, whatever you already own that counts — and there is a discount waiting at your table. Win or lose. We are not checking the score first.

Nine until 1:30. Bring the people who were loud at the TV and the people who fell asleep by halftime. There is room for both.

Every family has one person who goes completely silent for the rest of the day when it goes badly. Name them below. We already know.

The board's up. Prime Rib Pot Roast with green beans.

Slow cooked down until it falls apart on the fork. It takes the better part of a day to get right, which is why it doesn't come around often.

Dinner runs 4:30 until 8:00 tonight and tomorrow. Dirty sodas are pouring, and the dessert list is as long as it looks — peach cobbler, pecan cobbler, blackberry cobbler, key lime, coconut cream, and a few more.

The grown-up grilled cheese.

Ham, bacon, tomato, cheddar and white cheese, all of it pressed between thick buttered bread and griddled until the outside goes golden and the inside gives up completely.

It's the sandwich you order when the regular one isn't going to cut it. Comes with fries, and you're going to want a napkin.

Yes, the prime rib. Slow cooked down until it falls apart on the fork, with green beans on the side.

It takes the better part of a day to get right, which is why it doesn't come around often. When it does, it goes fast.
