We have officially mastered the pupusa. 🙌

Carnitas stuffed into a blue masa pupusa with melty cheese, our classic sauce + slaw… and WOW. Easily the highlight of this week’s Dinner Club.

Also on the menu: ridiculously crispy Bang Bang Shrimp 🍤 and beautiful Cherry Chicken 🍒 because apparently we were showing off this week.

Dinner Club really said no boring dinners allowed. 😂

Last night was another wonderful Freeman event, and we’re already counting down to September! 🌴☀️

Beach vibes, delicious bites, and the kind of food that disappears FAST:

🍔 Cheeseburger empanadas with our special sauce — literally the best Big Mac vibes I’ve ever had
🥥 Coconut chicken skewers
🥩 Chimichurri steak skewers

We absolutely love getting to bring our food to Freeman events and create menus that fit the vibe. Last night was a GOOD one. 💛

We're back from vacation and right back where we belong: in the kitchen! ❤️

Today's Dinner Club lineup was a good one.

One of my favorite things about our Dinner Club is that it's always changing. We don't serve the exact same menu week after week. We get to cook with what's fresh, what's inspiring us, and what we're excited to put on the table.

So while you may not see this exact lineup again, you never know what deliciousness might be coming next. 😉

Dinner Club happens twice a week at April's Table, with our regular Dinner Club and Weekender's offerings, giving you a little more flexibility to put chef-prepared meals on your table without having to do all the cooking yourself.

And yes, I know I've been a little quiet around here lately. I'm back now, and I have a LOT of catching up to do. 😅

Another great event with our friends at Freeman, this time with a delicious red, white and blue twist! 🇺🇸

We loved creating a festive menu filled with colorful bites and summer flavors, including:

💙 Blue corn cakes with black bean and corn guacamole

❤️ Petite BLTs
💙 And so much more!

A beautiful spread, a great group of people, and the perfect way to celebrate the season. We always love being part of the special events that bring teams and communities together!

Some celebrations are simply unforgettable. ✨

We had the honor of creating this beautiful spread for an even more beautiful soul as she celebrated a milestone birthday surrounded by the people she loves most. From the thoughtfully prepared menu to every little detail, it was a joy to be part of such a meaningful occasion.
