I always wanted a food truck but since I don't like to cook - I decided to get a snowball truck. I chose the name Gigi's Snowbarn because I am a Gigi to a beautiful Old English Sheep dog named Marge. Snowbarn was also an easy choice because my other love is my farm animals.

💔 FOOD TRUCK TUESDAYS – CROFTON UPDATE 💔

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel Food Truck Tuesdays in Crofton for the remainder of the 2026 season.

As many of you know, this was our first season in Crofton, and unfortunately, we faced several obstacles that made it difficult for the event to gain the momentum it needed. One of our biggest challenges was visibility at the current location, which made it hard for people passing through the area to even know we were there.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who DID come out and support us and our amazing food trucks this season. ❤️ Your support did not go unnoticed!

But this is NOT goodbye forever! 👋🍕🍝🌮

We are already looking for a new Crofton location for the 2027 season, somewhere with better visibility and the opportunity to grow Food Truck Nites into the community event we know it can be.

So instead of saying goodbye, we’ll simply say…

❤️ SEE YOU NEXT SEASON, CROFTON! ❤️

Thank you for supporting our trucks, our small businesses, and Food Truck Nites. We hope to come back bigger, better, and in a brand-new location! 🚚✨
