It was a pleasure Catering at the Schweinfurth House at Cedarhurst tonight for Heather from Continental Tire. What a great experience, we plated on formal flatware, provided Appetizers, CAB Prime Rib, Pork Loin, Caesar salad, roasted herbed potatoes, glazed carrots, green beans, rolls, cheesecake, and lemon bars.
It was a great opportunity to serve that group and appreciate the business so much ❤️⚓️

The Seafood Buffet is usually the first Saturday of the month, but we are postponing it until the second Saturday of the month because of the fair and I have engagements there and a wedding this weekend.
