Upscale Steakhouse Opening Team – Crazy Harry’s Steakhouse (Sequim, WA)

Crazy Harry’s Steakhouse is hiring our Opening Team as we prepare to open mid‑March in Sequim.
We are building a polished, hospitality‑driven steakhouse focused on serious food, strong service, and a professional environment. We are hiring carefully across both front‑ and back‑of‑house roles and are looking for dependable, hospitality‑minded professionals who want to help build something special from day one.
OPEN POSITIONS MAY INCLUDE
• Bartenders (experienced and lead‑level)
• Servers
• Food Runner / Server Assistant
• Dishwasher / Steward
• Prep Cook / Garde Manger / Line‑trained kitchen support
WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO
• Have prior restaurant experience (upscale or fast‑paced preferred)
• Show professionalism, reliability, and strong teamwork
• Stay calm and organized during busy service
• Take pride in guest experience and hospitality
• Want to be part of an opening team and help build the culture the right way
