Welcome, welcome, welcome everybody!

Today I decided to switch things up and bring a new mac and cheese to the restaurant. This one’s a little special to me because it reminds me of growing up. My mom and grandma always topped their mac and cheese with buttery Ritz crackers, and it’s one of those flavors that just sticks with you.

So I wanted to bring a little bit of that nostalgia to Curious Kitchen. It’s a rich, creamy cheddar mac and cheese topped with our buttered Ritz cracker gremolata for a little crunch and fresh flavor.

Come give it a try and let me know what you think. I can’t wait to hear if it brings back memories for you too!
