People always ask "Are you guys busy?" or "How's it going over there for you?"
Yes and yes
It's just us 2, between prep, ordering, catering, a la carte, promotion, procurement, marketing, banking, errands, and literally everything else having to do with running a small business, I'd say we have our hands full. Sometimes Social Media comes last, like this week. So to our features-
What is a NY Cheesecake? It's big, it's loud, it's got no fillers, no filters, it's not for the faint of heart and it won't be topped, just like us New Yorkers! It's HUUUUUUUGGGE!
Seafood Friday will feature a Red Snapper! Seared skin down to get that crisp, then served atop our vegetable rice pilaf, with a Smoked Pineapple Salsa! Yes I smoked the Pineapple! $23
Saturday Meat and Potato will be a Smoked Corned Beef Plate! Smoked and slow braised, then sliced and served with Sautéed sweet corn, Baked Potato and a Corn Muffin! $TBD
Ok, I gotta go check the smoker and get the Boss from school! Here's that Pineapple I was talking about, bye!
