Searching for another unicorn! Aloha is more of a vibe than a skill. We have been very successful training people so personality is way more important to us than skill. We are looking for someone who fits the following….
1. Can find the joy in a job. Even dishwashing
2. Wants to help their co-workers in whatever tasks need to be done
3. Understands a sense of urgency and is willing to jump in and do what needs to get done. Matching energy is important
4. Likes to be busy and will find things to do to make the day go by
5. Enjoys people. We are Aloha. It’s kind of our thing.
6. Can follow directions and a recipe as difficult as a box of brownie mix
7. Takes pride in their work
