One of the most beautiful parts of being an entrepreneur…

It’s not always about the business you’re building, the goals you’re reaching, or the success you’re chasing.

Sometimes, it’s about watching the dreams of the people beside you, come true.

When hearing the excitement of an engagement announcement. Or seeing the joy of one of them being the bag they wanted for so long. Celebrating someone getting the truck they’ve been wanting, or being able to move out.

To some, these may seem like little things. But to me, they’re not.

Because behind each of those moments is someone with a dream, someone working toward something that matters to them.

And somehow, we get to be a small part of their journey.

I’ve come to realize that one of the greatest rewards of building a business isn’t just what we accomplish for ourselves, but what we get to be part of in the lives of others.

Serving people is beautiful.

But helping create a place where others can grow, dream, and build a life they’re excited about?

That’s a different kind of success.

And one I’m incredibly grateful to witness. ❤️

When you dine with us, we want it to feel a little like walking into Moms or Grandmas kitchen.

The smell of fresh-baked bread coming from the oven, bacon sizzling on the grill, and waffles cooking nearby—the kind of smells that make your stomach rumble before you even sit down.

We make our food from scratch, with care and intention, because we want you to experience more than just a meal.

We want it to feel warm.
Familiar.
Welcoming.

Like home. ❤️

Y’all are now available to park across the street, behind the laundromat.
Please refrain from parking on the parking lot of the laundromat though.

It’s pretty fantastic that we get to use that space now.

We roast all of our vegetables for our Salsa to bring out their rich, fresh flavor, and our tortilla chips are fried fresh in-house with tallow.
