How did Joe M Zavala Sr come into the picture? Who’s Tio Gordo? And how did all of this turn into Taco Department?

There’s actually a whole story behind it — years in the restaurant industry, two completely different styles coming together, a shared obsession with making ridiculously good food… and somehow, a beautiful partnership was born. 😂❤️

A true love story, if you will. 🤣
