We are unfortunately out of brisket for the day, due to some very large walk in orders. We didn't expect to go through the amount we normally go through in a full day in less than three hours 😅😅😅

We still have plenty of smash burgers, pulled pork, smoked chicken and sides!

It's another beautiful Saturday! The farmers market is in full swing today here in downtown selinsgrove, with their back 2 the backyard event! Swing by to check out all the awesome vendors as well as the fun backyard games they have set up.

We've got a limited supply of our garlic parm fries and brisket meatball melts for today. No need to worry though! We have plenty of our Riverhawk wrap and our open faced hot honey chicken and waffle sandwich left, as well as our amazing bbq, smash burgers and sides.

A lot of people have asked... What's a Riverhawk? We're glad you asked, Timmy. Let us break it down for you.

A long time ago, we accidentally got sent a case of sweet chili Doritos. We did some walking tacos but then we got to thinking.... What if we combined our favorite things and put it in one portable, edible eating blanket? And thus, the Riverhawk was born!

Weighing in at almost two pounds (you 100% read that right), this is loaded with crispy white meat chicken, our Award winning mac and cheese, sweet chili Doritos AND our house made bbq ranch all nestled in a grilled tortilla

If you haven't had one yet and don't have any plans from now until tomorrow, stop down and grab one today! Why do we ask about the later plans? Because after eating this, you might not be able to move 😏

Alright yall.... It's time... Weekend features.... Here... We... GO!

Here's two huge returning favorites!

First up, the Riverhawk! A grilled flour tortilla loaded with our Award winning mac and cheese, crispy chicken tenders, sweet chili Doritos (trust the process) and BBQ Ranch. This one is a huge fan favorite, making it's long awaited return

Next up, the Brisket Meatball Melt! Is it a meatloaf? Is it a meatball? We have no idea, we just know it's delicious! Thick sliced brisket meatball loaf, grilled and loaded up with pepperoni, mozzarella, fresh tomato sauce on garlic Texas toast... Now, we can't serve them without our legendary garlic parm fries

We know you're gonna ask. The answer is.. ABSOLUTELY! You may upgrade ANY order of fries to garlic parm fries this weekend

Not sure what to do for lunch/dinner tomorrow or this weekend? We've got a couple ideas 😎

Yall know the drill. We've been here before.. It's THE day.. SUNDAY FUNDAY! LET'S HERE IT FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO MADE IT TO TODAY WITH ALL THEIR FINGERS STILL INTACT! Woot Woot!

We're switching it up today. If you've seen our previous posts, you know. If not, we're closing today so our staff can take a much needed day of rest after that brutal heat.
